  Dear Friends,     Today I am here to share with you a famous kabab recipe, "Hara Bhara Kabab." This kabab is obtained from North India. Hara Bhara Kabab is a popular vegetarian starter at a wedding or party in North India. It's easy to make at home. So, whenever you want to make a simple snack, you can try this recipe. Primarily kabab originated in the middle east as a meat dish. Conclusively, those who are vegetarian felt left out of the kabab party, and then they created their own version of kabab.   Hello friends,      Today I am here to share with you a kebab recipe "Resmi Kebab". Kebab originated in Turkey when soldiers used to grill chunks of freshly hunted animals skewered on swords over open field fires. This origin is backed up by a Turkish script of "Kysaa-I- Yusuf in 1377 and is now the oldest known source where kebab is stated as a food item. 'Reshmi' is Indian word that means 'silk'. This kebab gets its name from the juicy succulence of the meat added to the skewers. Ingredients:- 1. Boneless chicken-600g(breast) cut into 1.5 inch thick pieces. Marinade 1:- 1.    Hello readers,       Today I'm going to share a Nawabi delicacy of Lucknow in India "Tunde ke Kebab". The history of kebab is quite interesting. It was created keeping the special needs and desires of an ageing Nawab called "Wajid Ali Shah" of Lucknow. The nawab had lost his all teeth but his passion for meat remained same. So melt in mouth kebab was prepared in his royal kitchens to satisfy the Nawab's love for meat. The original recipe is supposed to be a top kept secret with the use of 160 spices and flavorings.     "Nawab Wajid Ali Shah", organized a kebab making contest and announced that the creator of the softest and succulent Kebabs would enjoy royal patronage on winning.
