Chinese Chili Chicken

  Dear Friends,      Today I am here to share with you a recipe for 'Chili Chicken.' I believe that many people love to eat the dish. I already mentioned that on my birthday I made 'Chili Chicken' for my friends and relatives. Today I am here to share the recipe for 'Chili chicken.' This delicacy is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of chicken of Chinese ancestry. Nelson Wang, in 1975 created this dish. But, now there are different versions of chili chicken invented in India. So, let's start making 'Chili Chicken.' Ingredients:- Boneless Chicken- 500g.(bite-sized pieces). Egg- 1(whole).  Soya Sauce- 2-1/2 tsp. All-purpose flour- 4 tbsp. Corn flour- 4tbsp. Hello Friends,       Today I am here to share with you one famous North Indian recipe "Keema Chana". Before that would like to share with you the benefits of chickpeas. Did you know friends chickpeas are rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibres. It helps in many ways such as improving digestion,aiding weight management and reducing the risk of several diseases. Chicken Manchurian

Hello Friends,     Like everyday,  today I am also here to share the recipe of "Chicken Manchurian". Before that would like to share the story behind the dish. As per 'Vir sanghvi's' book, The person invented chicken manchurian is "Nelson Wang", who created the dish in 1975 when he was asked to make something not on the menu, when he was catering at the cricket club of India. He created the dish. His restaurant, china garden is in Mumbai and his son 'Eddie' still runs the restaurant, which has won many awards over the year. Hope you like the story behind the dish. Kebab originated in Turkey when soldiers used to grill chunks of freshly hunted animals skewered on swords over open field fires. This origin is backed up by a Turkish script of "Kysaa-I- Yusuf in 1377 and is now the oldest known source where kebab is stated as a food item. 'Reshmi' is Indian word that means 'silk'. During 'world war II', Thailand suffered a storage of rice due to less production in the rice fields, which coincided with bad flooding. In order to preserve the stocks of this previous grain, the Thai government (under Prime minister and Military dictator,"Plack Phibunsonghram) started to promote noodles instead amongst it's people.
