A traditional Bangladeshi "fish recipe" - Malai Koi (Creamy climbing perch)

         image source Hello readers, Today, let's go out of India. Bangladesh is our neighbouring country, they also like to eat fish like us. I'm going to share a recipe called "Malai/Dudh Koi (মালাই/দুধ কই)" also known as "Jessore Koi", one famous recipe of Jessore from Bangladesh. Are you familiar with the name of this fish "Koi" ? Sometimes, we don't understand what to do when 1 or 2 different pieces of vegetables left in our refrigerator. So, today I'm going to solve your problem, this recipe is Mixed vegetables with prawn. Ingredients:- 1. Potato (2 midium size) 2. Parwal aka Pointed gourd (2-3 pieces) 3. Ridge gourd aka Luffa (1pc) 4. Pumpkin (200 gm) 5. Brinjal aka Eggplant (1 midium size) 6. Green banana (1pc) 7. "Ilish Polau" - A traditional Bengali fish recipe

Hello readers,     Today is the time to taste something different. In rainy season we Bengalis love to eat Ilish (hilsa fish), I thought why don't we make "Ilish Pulao" today? So what are you waiting for let's start! Ingredients:- 1. Gobindobhog rice (4 cup) 2. Ilish Fish (5pc) 3.Vegetable oil- 4 table spoon 4. Ghee-2 table spoon 5. Flour-1 tea spoon 6. Coconut milk:- 3-4 table spoon 7. Sweet curd:- 1 table spoon 8. Milk:- 2 cup 9. Red chili:- 2 to 3 (whole) 10. My first recipe - Traditional Indian Sweets "Jibhey Gajaa"

Hello readers,       Today I'm going to share my first recipe with you,  before that I will share you the story of this dish, this is a sweet dish and very popular in Odisha (an eastern Indian state on the Bay of Bengal), they devoted this dish to Lord Jagannath (Hindu GOD), the dish named Jibhey Gajaa. This name was given because this sweet dish looks like a tongue (jiv in Bengali), you can keep this sweet in air tight container for long period & don't need refrigerate, so let's start. Ingredients: 1. Flour (250gm) 2. Sugar (500gm) 3. Vegetable oil (250ml)  4. Salt (As needed) 5. Ghee (2 table-spoons) 6. Water (100 ml) 7.
