  Hello friends,       Today I am going to share the preperation process of "Nolen Gurer Payesh". This is a famous dessert of West Bengal, specially made in winter season.   Hello readers,      Today I came to share with you a famous dessert recipe "Rasmalai".It is believed to have originated somewhere in eastern India. Presumably in the Odisha and Bengal region. Ingredients:- 1. Full fat milk- 5 cups. 2. Fresh cream-1 cup. 3. Lemon juice or vinegar- 5 tbsp(mix with 3tbsp water). 4. Baking powder- A pinch. For sugar syrup:- 1. Sugar-1-1/2 cup. 2. Water- 4cup. 3. Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp. 4. Rose water- 1/2tsp. For Malai:- 1. Full fat milk- 4cups. 2. Saffron- 8-10 strands. 3. Sugar- 3-4tbsp. 4. Pistachios- 3tbsp(crushed). Preparation Method:- For Malai- Step 1- Place a sauce pan on medium flame. Pour 5cups of milk and boil. Once milk start boiling add saffron and sugar. Reduce the flame and stir occasionally.   Hello readers,    Today I will share with you "Butter cake " recipe. This is very famous in 'Malaysia'. So let's start! Ingredients:- 1. Cake flour- 200 gm. 2. Caster sugar- 1 cup. 3. Unsalted butter- 330 gm( soften). 4. Eggs-4 pieces. 5. Full milk or yogurt- 4 tbsp. 6. Baking powder-1 tsp. 7. Vanilla extract- 1 tsp. Preparation Method:- Step 1- Take a bowl and mixed all dry ingredients ( cake flour, salt, baking powder) set aside.   Hello readers,        Yesterday I got to know about a food contest in" Foodies bee hive" so I thought why don't I share one of my mother's dessert recipe " Chanar payesh" " Chana" means cottage cheese, cooked in milk. So let's start! Ingredients:- 1. Full cream Milk- 1 lite.+ 500 ml. 2. Fresh cream- 1/2 cup. 3. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp( or as required). 4. Sugar - 1 cup+ 2 tbsp + 1 tsp. 5. Water- 5 cups. 6. Italian Dessert - "Pistachio Panna Cotta"

This is a traditional dessert of northern Italian region of Piedmont, "Panna cotta" in Italian means "cooked cream". One unverified source says that Panna cotta was invented by a Hungarian woman in the 'langhe' in the early 1900s. Ingredients: 1. Heavy cream- 500 ml. 2. Sugar-80 gm. 3. Milk- 100 ml. 4.
