Yummy & Healthy Snack - "Soyabean Pakora"

  image: Soyabean Pakora Hello readers.      Today I prepared a snack "soyabean pakora". It's very simple and very healthy. Ingredients:- 1. Soyabean-200g. 2. Potatoes- 2medium(boiled). 3. Egg- 2(raw). 4. All purpose flour-2 tbsp. 5. Onion paste- 1tbsp. 6. Garlic paste-1/2 tsp. 7. Ginger paste- 1 tsp. 8. Green chili paste-1 tsp. 9. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp. 10. Cumin powder-1 tsp. 11. Coriander powder-1 tsp. 12. Salt-To taste. 13. Vegetable Oil - As required (for frying). Preparation Method:- Step 1- First take a breast add water, once water start boiling add 1tsp salt and stir well. Now add soyabean and boil for 5-7 minutes. Step 2- Now rinse boiled soyabean with cold water. Transfer into grinder along with boiled potatoes,grind coarsely. Step 3- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add all spices (onion paste,garlic paste, ginger Paste,green chili paste,cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder,salt)mix well.   Dear Friends,  Today I am here to share with you a famous delicacy of North India (Punjab)." Sarson Ka Saag" with 'Makki Di Roti' is considered a unique dish in Punjab. Hot Makki di roti with Sarson da saag with butter or ghee is a lip-smacking treat in winter. So, let's start making Sarson Ka Saag. Ingredients:- Mustard leaves- 400g. Spinach- 100g.   Dear Friends,           Today I am here to share with you a famous Parsi delicacy, 'Dhansak.' This dish is popular in Gujarat introduced amongst the Parsi Zoroastrian society. This delicacy is a combination of Gujarati and Persian cuisine. Authentic Dhansak is made with mutton, mixed lentils, and mixed vegetables. The recipe has developed over time. The parsees, who are partisans of Zoroastrianism, came to Western India as sacred monasteries in the 8th-century CE. Subsequent the Arab conquest of Persia and the defeat of the Sassanid Empire in 651 C. The Parsees bought with them the traditional recipe in India.
