Yummy & Healthy Snack - "Soyabean Pakora"

Hello readers.

     Today I prepared a snack "soyabean pakora". It's very simple and very healthy.

Ingredients:-

1. Soyabean-200g.

2. Potatoes- 2medium(boiled).

3. Egg- 2(raw).

4. All purpose flour-2 tbsp.

5. Onion paste- 1tbsp.

6. Garlic paste-1/2 tsp.

7. Ginger paste- 1 tsp.

8. Green chili paste-1 tsp.

9. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.

10. Cumin powder-1 tsp.

11. Coriander powder-1 tsp.

12. Salt-To taste.

13. Vegetable Oil - As required (for frying).

Preparation Method:-

Step 1- First take a breast add water, once water start boiling add 1tsp salt and stir well. Now add soyabean and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2- Now rinse boiled soyabean with cold water. Transfer into grinder along with boiled potatoes,grind coarsely.

Step 3- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add all spices (onion paste,garlic paste, ginger Paste,green chili paste,cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder,salt)mix well. Now add egg and all purpose flour) combine well.

Step 4- Heat oil in a frying pan, now take small portion of mixture and slide them into oil. Fry until golden. Take out and drain oil.

Step 5- Sprinkle black pepper and black salt on pakora.

Step 6- serve hot with desire sauce , ketchup and ring onions.

   Hello readers,       Today I'm going to share a Nawabi delicacy of Lucknow in India "Tunde ke Kebab". The history of kebab is quite interesting. It was created keeping the special needs and desires of an ageing Nawab called "Wajid Ali Shah" of Lucknow. The nawab had lost his all teeth but his passion for meat remained same. So melt in mouth kebab was prepared in his royal kitchens to satisfy the Nawab's love for meat.
