Yummy & Healthy Snack - "Soyabean Pakora"

Hello readers.

     Today I prepared a snack "soyabean pakora". It's very simple and very healthy.

Ingredients:-

1. Soyabean-200g.

2. Potatoes- 2medium(boiled).

3. Egg- 2(raw).

4. All purpose flour-2 tbsp.

5. Onion paste- 1tbsp.

6. Garlic paste-1/2 tsp.

7. Ginger paste- 1 tsp.

8. Green chili paste-1 tsp.

9. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.

10. Cumin powder-1 tsp.

11. Coriander powder-1 tsp.

12. Salt-To taste.

13. Vegetable Oil - As required (for frying).

Preparation Method:-

Step 1- First take a breast add water, once water start boiling add 1tsp salt and stir well. Now add soyabean and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2- Now rinse boiled soyabean with cold water. Transfer into grinder along with boiled potatoes,grind coarsely.

Step 3- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add all spices (onion paste,garlic paste, ginger Paste,green chili paste,cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder,salt)mix well. Now add egg and all purpose flour) combine well.

Step 4- Heat oil in a frying pan, now take small portion of mixture and slide them into oil. Fry until golden. Take out and drain oil.

Step 5- Sprinkle black pepper and black salt on pakora.

Step 6- serve hot with desire sauce , ketchup and ring onions.

Bengali Dessert - "Rasmalai"

  Hello readers,      Today I came to share with you a famous dessert recipe "Rasmalai".It is believed to have originated somewhere in eastern India. Presumably in the Odisha and Bengal region. Ingredients:- 1. Full fat milk- 5 cups. 2. Fresh cream-1 cup. 3. Lemon juice or vinegar- 5 tbsp(mix with 3tbsp water). 4. Baking powder- A pinch. For sugar syrup:- 1. Sugar-1-1/2 cup. 2. Water- 4cup. 3. Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp. 4. Rose water- 1/2tsp. For Malai:- 1. Full fat milk- 4cups. 2. Saffron- 8-10 strands. 3. Sugar- 3-4tbsp. 4. Pistachios- 3tbsp(crushed). Preparation Method:- For Malai- Step 1- Place a sauce pan on medium flame. Pour 5cups of milk and boil. Once milk start boiling add saffron and sugar. Reduce the flame and stir occasionally.   Dear friends,     Today I am here with another famous delicacy of Maharashtra(India), Puran Poli. The famous delicacy; is specially made by the Marathi during the Gudi padwa and Holi festival. This dessert is also famous apart from Maharashtra in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu. But the stuffing and ingredients of the delicacy are different. This dish is one of the old dishes mentioned in a 12th-century Sanskrit concordance collected by SomeshvaraIII, who conducted from present-day Karnataka.     So friends, let's start making Puran Poli.
