Cookie recipe - Chocolate chip cookies with almond

Serving 36 cookies

Equipment:

1. Measuring spoon.

2. Measuring cups.

3. Kitchen Aid mixer.

4. Baking sheet.

Ingredients:

1. Salted butter (softened) - 1 cup

2. White granulated sugar- 1 cup

3. Light brown sugar -1 cup

4. Pure vanilla extract -1 tea spoon

5. Large egg- 2

6. All purpose flour -3 cups

7. Baking soda -1 tea spoon

8. Baking powder- 1/2 tea spoon

9. Sea salt -1 tea spoon

10. Chocolate chips - 2 cups

11. Crushed almonds - 1 cup

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Take a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder set aside.

3. Take other bowl and mix butter and sugars until they became creamy.

4. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.

5. Mix dry ingredients until they all are combined very well.

6. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

7. Place 2 table spoon (or cookie scoop) dough (depending on how large you like your cookies) and place them evenly your prepared cookie sheets.

8. Spread crushed almonds top of the cookie.

9. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.Take them out when they turn brown.

10. Let the cookies in baking pan for 2 minutes before  removing.

11. Now it's ready to eat. Enjoy your cookies.

Punjabi Delicacy-'Pindi Chana'

    Dear Friends,      Today, I am here to share with you a famous Punjabi delicacy Pindi Chana. It is believed that this dish was originated from Rawalpindi. The present-day this place is in Pakistan. One unconfirmed story related to his dish is said, Anuj Wadhwa, the grandson of 'Kasturi Lal Wadhwa'; says that his grandfather was about 20yrs old when he ran away from Pakistan during partition.
